Wanted to buy a mustang but they made us wait an hour because they had to wait for their boss. We got impatient and left. They should hire more people that can sell cars. Other than that, nice people.

Posts vague ads on Craigslist, then doesn't respond to them. When you finally reach someone, all you get it is "come and see it."We're about to hit 2022. Stop operating like it's 1950.

Went to check out a mustang I saw in the lot and the car had 2 flat tires. I figure if you can’t keep the cars tires in your lot filled with air it just makes me really question the rest of the business. Would not recommend to anybody I care about.

I was going to purchase a 2003 Mach 1 from CKS and my experience was absolutely terrible. I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL. The car was in an accident and was "totaled" I asked if it had any issues or accidents and was told no until I drove 3 hrs got there and the car had accidents and didn't run right. Clutch was extremely heavy, brakes almost didn't work, and it had a oil leak. The staff is super unprofessional and don't know what they are talking about and just want your money, customer service is horrendous as well. This place should be put out of business. DON'T BUY HERE EVER EVER EVER!

Bought 3 different cars there and they were are all garbage. If you are looking for a car please do not go here. One car didnt have the right engine and the miles on the car were not the miles on the actual engine, a vin check by my mechanic varrified this. The engine didnt even belong in the car. The last car i bought from them had break failure due to a punctured break line, it was inproperly mounted and the break line holes were covered with TAPE!!!. The mechanic that i took it to was amazed they were still in business. Dont believe me? Go to the Ford dealership in Wilbraham, they will verify everything i have told you, plus more horror stories. If i could give these thieves negative starts i would. Unprofessional, this business needs to be shut down.

I bought a 99 V6 mustang with 170k miles from cks auto 5 yrs ago and have daily driven it ever since now up to 223k miles. With every car you need to know what your looking at if you don't bring someone with you that does. I've done a lot of work to it myself to get it that far they discounted the car very fairly when I pointed out things wrong with it. I love my car I got from them

My husband just financed a 2004 Mustang GT. We came up with the down payment of $1,000.00 then of course paid another $450.00 to get it on the road. They apparently don't have dealer plates so, you are not allowed to test drive anything before buying it. Just got it inspected today and it failed emissions AND safety! Husband tried to drive it to Monson after inspection and one of the rear wheels literally bent inward and he almost crashed the car! The woman that works there is very pleasant and told us if it didn't lpass, to bring it back and they would fix everything it failed for. However, the old guy there is a total j**** always has an attitude and always tells u ur wrong about something that's wrong with the car! I may not be the owner of the troubled vehicle here but, if they don't make this right immediately I will be not only calling the BBB but, I will be contacting a lawyer to get all our money back!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! They were all smiles and agreements when I bought a car from them, but when it failed inspection all I heard was gripes about costs and they flat out refused to make the repairs - Bob said he realized that he could've sold the car for more and would rather refund my money than fix it for me! Kevin (the boss???) ignored my calls, eventually told me deal with Bob and hung up. The whole operation seems sketchy, hokey, unprofessional, and better off avoided if you ask me. I do love my car though (and yes, Bob way under-priced it!!).

I, on the other hand had a fantastic experience with CKS. This person Wayne you're talking about no longer works there. The owner deals with all of the customers face to face and he has treated me like a person. The mechanic is very good and even took the time to explain everything to me without cutting corners. I bought a car from them almost three months ago and had a problem just happen to the car. I called the owner, he told me to bring the car down so they could look it over. The owner personally drove me back to my house. The car was way past the warranty and they he still fixed the car for nothing. The owner picked me back up at my house and drove me to my car. I am sorry that you had these experiences with Wayne. I personally don't know him as he no longer works there. They are a small family business and have treated me like royalty. They have went above and beyond my expectations. They are kind, empathetic, responsible and I will be buying my next car from them.
