Have not heard back from a rep about my tanks moving charge. Was quoted between 150-250$ to move them and was charged 548$. I want someone to call me to resolve this issue bc I am not paying that.Thank you.

contacted amerigas multiple times each time was told my problem was being escalated and never got any response for issue. Then told I was going to get a phone call yesterday never got one.

Spoke to an Amerigas representative, Juan, today regarding a potential propane leak in our kitchen one day after the lines had been pressurized and tank filled. Told him the valve was shut off and we could not currently smell gas. Told him I could be home from work by 4. He said he would get a truck there by 4 and read the standard gas leak advisory. I rushed home in traffic to be home for the men at Amerigas but found no one there waiting for me. Called Amerigas to find out where they were at 4;30 and was told a "ticket" had not been created. They are in the process of getting a truck out now. I am infuriated by the incompetency. Companies as prominent as Amerigas should not stand for this.Richard C. Venditti, M.D.

We were charged 4.99 when the sign with their price was 1.89!! But because we don't use much we get penalized!! Complete rip off. Won't ever go back!!

They charged us $4.99 when their listed price was $1.89!! They said since we don't use that much they charge that price for it!! On top of a tank rental fee!! Absolutely disgusting that what should of been $200 it's now $500!! Guess my kids don't need to eat

The customer service is the absolute worst. Too much to go in to in type but I have had to call about my issue over 50 times and have gotten different answers and solutions from almost all of them. It feels like they all just lie to me to get off the call. -10/10

my 80 year old mother requested a delivery 2 weeks ago they said the 16 th and never showed I called Wednesday to find out when she would get propane they said it would be delivered the 23 rd. they didn't show up again. now she has 5 percent left and it's 6 degrees out. I called again and they said the 26 th but can't guarantee it. she elderly and I'm at my wits end now. Any recommendation on how I can rectify this. I'm beyond annoyed and would not recommend them to anyone. there customer service is horrible now. I also asked to talk to a supevisor and was told someone would call me back. No one called me. I'm disgusted.

If I could give them zero stars I would. After dealing with a constant headache with them last year with deliveries being weeks late and them running you out of propane so they can charge you to "check for leaks" we are still waiting weeks of constant calling to get propane before it's too cold as we are almost on empty coming into winter. Finally decided to get away from them. We told them we only wanted 100 gallons because the new company we are switching to can't install tanks for 2 weeks. They stated on the phone we will pay 2.80 a gallon as that's current market. They delivered finally yesterday and filled the tank and left a bill for 3.49 a gallon. My next stop is at the BBB. Please save yourself from a major pain and run from this company. And lastly don't read into their generic responses to people's reviews, none of their answers match up to the awful service.

After a year of successful, uneventful deliveries using the online service, this one was a disgrace. The customer service people were all friendly and nice, but no one seemed to do anything. Five promises of delivery within 24 hours and at risk of running out. No texts, emails, or calls in advance of deliveries. No follow-up communications after my calls (despite promises and words of, "trust me.") No attempts to deliver, either. Delivery was 3 days late from date promised. It seems to me that the structure of the company has become a collection of friendly costumer service people who actually can't do anything and lazy delivery people. I'd like to email someone, but there is no email address listed anywhere. I'd like Amerigas to prove me wrong. And they owe me a refund for the expedited fee.
