We have used Smith Brothers (Oxford Ins) for over 20 years for our personal and business needs. They have helped us with a variety of insurances: renters, house, auto, rv, business owners. Excellent customer service, especially by Kimmi! Highly recommend them!

I agree you Jim. I had them several years and they were okay until they changed from oxford insurance to smith bros. They cancelled my auto policy last year. I only found out when I could not get my registration done online which I did previous years. When I asked what was the problem they said I had recieved a cancellation notice which I did not and there was nothing they could do. you would think they would send a certified letter? maybe a phone call? I had been in contact with them because my husband had passed and I was trying to get his name removed from policy, they were no help with that of course. real fast to cancel me though. I guess they had there own issues renovating their new office must of took up all their time. Oh well I am off to bundle my business with someone that cares,

The service was fantastic when it was Oxford Insurance. Since the change to Smith Brothers there doesn't appear to be any customer service. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. Sign on the door last week mentioned renovations, call for assistance. The reason to go there in person was because phone calls go to voice mail without response.

BEWARE !!! If you have insurance with his company, I strongly urge you to check you policy over. I asked numerous times, if my son's policy was full coverage. I was told it was. come to find out he had these other obnoxious coverages that was not needed and guess what, he never even had collision coverage. He was paying almost 300 a month for insurance that was not even what we asked for. I am beyond furious, as a new time driver I specifically wanted him to have full coverage. I even asked and double checked more then once and was told he had it, when he did not! Not to mention, I also had my home insurance with them. they set me up with Plymoth rock who then decided they didn't want to cover me because my shed. I then found out I could of omitted the shed all along, that we don't even need. They set me up with some kind of joke coverage because of my mortgage and now I owe escrow over $1700. I am not sure what they are doing over aside from screwing people over, but I highly recommend that have another company look over your coverage, so you can make sure it is actually what you asked for. I also called them to express my concern today, told them I wanted to speak to manager or an owner someone in charge and I was sent to mailbox. I would give them -10 stars if I could

As a small business owner, I have Smith Brothers Insurance as my insurance provider for my liability & umbrella policies. Ray Becker and Lori Wong have been amazing to work with. Ray explained my policy to me in detail and answered all my questions. Lori is fantastic as she is quick to respond to calls and emails. Their knowledge and professionalism is top notch. Highly recommend!

I just moved to Massachusetts and worked with Ray to figure out both my homeowners and car insurance. He was incredibly patient through the whole process and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. He is also really responsive and always takes care of things really promptly. On top of that, he was able to get me really solid rates! Couldn’t be happier with my experience!
