Rocco was professional and very accommodating to our needs from our first conversation. We had to reschedule the inspection due to unforeseen circumstances and he was able to reschedule without any push back or charge. The inspection was thorough and Rocco was very informative on any issues. I will highly recommend RMV to anyone needing a home inspection.

He was there before us in the rain, inspecting the outside. Very professional and detailed orientation. Every step of the way, he explained everything, even pointed out things to look out for, that isn't part of the his inspection. The report was detailed every I was dotted and every T was crossed.I will definitely be using RVM inspection for my future real estate business.

I called 2 other home inspectors Rocco is the only one who answered the phone and was able to schedule an inspection right away. He also arrived early and did a very thorough job. He was also very kind and courteous and professional. Great customer service skills. It was also only $500 for the whole inspection including radon. Highly recommend Rocco. I don't give out 5 stars often because I am very critical and after working in customer service myself I know how customers should be treated. Rocco is your man for the job. Choose him.

Rocco was very professional. He was on time, communicated clearly and responded quickly, did an unbiased inspection and is fairly priced. His website was also very easy to navigate and use. Highly recommended.

Rocco did an inspection on our house today and I was very pleased with his service. He pointed out a few issues which may be a problem if we were to sell the house. There were a couple foundation cracks and a few electrical issues I was not aware of. I would strongly recommend him for a home inspection. Especially doing a pre-sale inspection so there aren't any surprises at time of sale.?

Rocko made this so easy. He started by saying he was not only going to do the inspection, but would answer all questions and explain what he was doing and why every step of the way. Because of his exemplary communication skills and knowledge of what he was doing, we felt very confident in all information given to us. I wish we could give him more stars. We would recommend his company to anyone looking to deal with a true professional who exhibited courtesy and integrity. Lastly, the report itself was beyond expectation—lots of photos and clear, concise descriptions of each. We hope to need his services in the future ‘cuz he’s awesome!!!
