I needed to find another trash/recycling company this past year, when I called to get information, not only were they very friendly, they also helped me pick which service best fit our needs. They're prices are extremely reasonable and they have never missed a pick up. Thank you very much, you have a customer for life.

This company is like a well oiled machine. They're always on time, fair rates for a great service, professional when alerting you of schedule changes and holiday adjustments, and have NEVER missed a pickup. I highly recommend them. In fact, just today driving up my street I've noticed more of my neighbors have switched to Pratt, and that's for a very obvious reason. Keep up the great work!

We have had Pratt for waste and recycle pick up for 2 years now and are very happy. Everyone we've worked with has be very friendly, courteous and helpful. The every other week pick up is perfect for our 2 person household and the price just can't be beat!!

We have had Pratt for a couple of years. They have not missed one pickup. Their service is impeccable. The company we used to use averaged one missed pickup a month. I highly recommend Pratt. PS: their price was better also!

We have been using Pratt for almost 2 years for recycles and trash. Always pick up at a consistent time, no trash debris, affordable and the secretary answers your questions patiently treats you like a human!
