After being a vegetarian for over a decade, I finally decided to eat meat again. This is the best meat I have ever had, and I finally feel great eating a high quality product that is local and really cares about food quality as much as I do.

From Oxford Farms
practices regenerative and holistic farming. Our cattle and sheep pasture rotations increase biodiversity, water, and mineral cycling. We do not use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, or added hormones. Our animals are grass-fed and consume clean well-water, apple cider vinegar, free-choice salt, minerals, clay, and kelp. They are never fed grain so their meat has healthful levels and types of fat. Our beef is humanely slaughtered, portioned under USDA supervision, and dry-aged for 10–14 days. The meat is then vacuum sealed and flash frozen to preserve the nutrition. Farm day tours and events are in the process as we invite you to know your farmer and how your food is grown! Check out our website for product info!
