I recently switched to J’s from another shop and couldn’t be happier. The prices are more reasonable, everyone is friendly and patient, communication is super, and repairs at completed professionally an on time. Who could ask for more from an automotive service center?

I cannot begin to thank this amazing place enough. My young daughter and I were visiting my oldest in Worcester MA from Hillsdale NY. I was 2 hours from home when my transmission slipped on the pike. I coasted to the truck stop and attempted to add fluid. I learned my car has an encased transmission… you can’t put in the fluid yourself. I called and payed for AAA to tow me. I called and spoke to Jessica whom said they can put in the fluid if we get it there. Apparently, AAA will not come to the masspike. After waiting at the truck stop nearly 3 hours…. We rolled up an hour before they closed. They took the time they could, after hours mind you. Gave practical advice and were more than helpful. It was a long and rough day for this little 5 year old and I, but we made it home and are so grateful for the snack and impeccable help ?

This place has saved my life...heard a noise and drove to see them and was an emergency as ALL MY BREAKS WERE GONE!! THEY TOOK ME RIGHT AWAY AS WHEN MY CAR WAS ON LIFT FOR THEM TO CHECK...EVERYTHING CRUMBLED TO THE GROUND...I NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AS THEY TAKE GREAT CARE OF MY NEEDS TO KEEP ME SAFE!!! 10 STARS AND MORE IN MY BOOK!!

The customer service today was what is needed all over the place ! Had a nail in my tire and had to get my aunt at her work and boom , in and out with smiles and happy faces .
