They do not deliver major appliances when scheduled. Waited all day for a delivery and they were a no show. When I called to inquire about my delivery I got the pass the buck game all the way up to the store manager. Tired of being lied to. I WILL NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN! Do yourself a favor a use Lowes. They are just down the road and I have always had a good experience with them.

I was very surprised to see not only workers but the shoppers walking around with their masks ( some of them n95) only covering their mouth not their nose and mouth together! pure ignorance.... if you don't cover your nose at the same time you aren't protecting anything!

Went there Saturday to buy paint.Asked for help a very short woman acted like we were bothering her by asking a question, she was clearly unhappy to help us.All we wanted to do was show her a picture on our phone of paint we had used before.She just about yelled because we asked her to explain the difference between sheen and semi gloss.This woman should not be working with customers.It's plain to see she hates her job and being short.We will not be back to this store again.We will use Lowe's .They don't mind helping there customers.

We visited 2 other Home Depot stores looking to purchase a washer and dryer without being talked to at one, and having the run of the mill "read the box" help at the other. We ended up at this location last since it was the furthest away. As soon as we started browsing Christine assisted us with choosing the right pair for our home. She was very knowledgeable on the products and process and detailed on the delivery process and what we needed. I am not usually a supporter of big box stores and would never review them but "Chris" was so helpful that she deserves a shout out! Thanks for all the help Chris!

I usually go to this store because it is closest to me but some of the aisle associates are rude and annoying on occasion. Particularly a women in electrical and the guy in plumbing. They seem to get agitated if they have to tell you twice that they don't have what you're looking for. They definitely need some sensitivity training for some of the floor people.

Patty and Don C About two weeks ago my wife ordered a patio set for our deck. when the order was shipped, it was missing several items. After several attempts to resolve the shipping issue, we decided to return the patio set.WE went to the Oxford Ma. store to return the furniture . At this point we were very frustrated, then we met Tina ! we explained the whole situation to her and she immediately sprung into action to resolve the problem. She made several phone calls,was able to have the money refunded to my wife"s Home Depot account and then assisted us with purchasing two new patio sets that we are enjoying now on our deck.Tina provided us with the best customer service we have ever experienced She went above and beyond to make us happy ! The two of us left the store very satisfied ! Thanks to Tina in the Oxford MA. store we had a 5 star experience.

Im having a ridiculous go round with them! Percy's appliances stood behind their products when I had an issue, so please go there instead! I bought a suite of matching high-end appliances from Home Depot, all with extended warranties. The warranty from the Home Depot Protection Plan is worthless! Don't waste your $$$ on it! Both HD and Assurian are blaming the installer for selling me a stove with missing parts. Assurian does not want to even talk to me on the phone and

Always loved this Home Depot. Today all the tiki torches I liked were broken. Went to customer service to see if there were possibly more. That took some time as all 4 employees were on their cell phones. Extremely disappointed.

Many years of reviews, but only recently reviewed Home Depot. Third Yelp in recent weeks, because of outstanding help and advice from employees/associates. I know it's their job to help customers. This is different. John C. from plumbing helped me find what I needed with advice. My wife had an equally good experience from Carolyn. Kudos to respectful workers. Ty. Update 6/17/18: Ordered Closetmaid cabinet online w/Depot credit, store called couple days ahead of time. Malcolm at customer was steller. Took care of me and helped load my truck. This is why this store is my go to. Nice job.

Very inefficient when it comes to kitchen planning and designing. After several failed attempts, finally scheduled an appointment with a kitchen designer. Previously, we had called to see if there was a designer working that day and when we arrived they couldn't help and suggested we make an appointment—would've been nice to do that when we called ahead to avoid another wasted trip since we showed up unannounced prior to that. Poor communication with your customers.

One girl at the customer service desk, a brunette with glasses, was very rude and condescending towards me and my girlfriend. Not professional.
