I had home insurance with them I got insurance with a different company that included my cars and everything! Not only they didn’t cancel my insurance when I gave them every document they needed but they charged me for an extra year! It took them 2 seconds to take the money out of my account but now it’s taking forever to refund me my money! I wasn’t planning on paying another full year of insurance! The lady that I spoke to keeps giving me an attitude instead of trying to fix the problem! I don’t suggest going to them! They are very unprofessional! I call and she responds with a email!

Failed to let me know my insurance was ending and had no coverage stated they sent me an email I never got and won't help at all in the matter. Better using any other insurance agency

I was recommended to reach out to Coonan Insurance for a homeowners insurance quote through the mortgage company I was dealing with to compare against what my current agent had provided. Tom was so quick to get the details and send me over a quote that blew our current agent out of the water. As such, we're also now moving our auto policies to Coonan Insurance for better rates and far better coverage. Couldn't have been a better experience and will be sure to recommend to family and friends.

Coonan insurance is the best! I bought a new car and needed to pick it up on a Saturday, when Coonan insurance was closed. I emailed Linda Coonan who gladly came in to the office on her day off to make sure I was able to insure my new car. I cannot express enough how grateful we are, and this is the exact reason why we will be loyal customers forever. I highly recommend them!!

Tom and team provide TOP NOTCH service to their customers! Not only are they incredibly responsive and patient, but they go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable and are making informed decisions about your insurance. Coonan Insurance has been most responsive to all of my insurance needs. Just recently, I needed additional personal insurance quickly for a new job venture. Tom and Linda quickly found exactly what I needed and answered all my questions. Coonan Insurance utilizes DocuSign and so I was able to sign documents, immediately have coverage begin and pay without leaving my home. Coonan Insurance has handled my home and auto insurance for the past several years. Linda at Coonan Insurance has assisted me transitioning homeowners insurance through a refinance, sale and new property purchase. On the auto side she has helped me buy-out a lease and find affordable options to add my son - a newly licensed 16 year old- to my policy.
