Absolutely excellent and honest family owned company! As a Fleet Manager for a local business I highly recommend cahill’s. From day one they have been an incredible asset to not only our company but our family and friends as well. Amazing staff, quality mechanics and competitive pricing. I’ve dealt with several dealerships, auto repair and tires centers in the past and Cahill’s is by far the best. Honesty and integrity go a long way in the auto repair business and make no mistake they exceeded at both. I love doing business with Cahill’s.

Ive tried to go here several times. Havent got past a phone call. They make every excuse in the book to avoid doing work. The people at the front desk tried telling me the stock drum brakes on my tacoma where “custom” and need additional “custom” parts. Place is a joke

I had 2 nails in my tire which could not be repaired. Kim was able to get me a replacement tire in less than a day. Ellen and Kim were very helpful ,professional and they do it with a sense of humor. We moved to Oxford almost 8 years ago and this was first time that I went there. I recommend Cahill's very highly.

We had an unfortunate last minute notification from our airline that our flight has been delayed with no update on flight status - due to staff/pilot shortages. Therefore, now I must travel to my out of state scheduled procedure. Our only vehicle needed an oil change, all 4 tire replacement & they also found misc issues & addressed them this way I won’t have anymore unforeseen delays. I have a medical procedure for this week that is out of state - I can’t miss, Cahill Tire staff came through & was able to fix lt & replace everything in less then 4 hours. I will now make my scheduled medical procedure this week because of their dedication & superb service! Unbelievable turn of events from this local Auto Service shop! The staff is so amazing, friendly & helpful!!!Great Job!Thank you for all you do Cahill Tire & Auto Service Co.

They might get 4 or 5 stars for tires but for anything else, go somewhere other than this place. My girlfriend went there last week for a front end alignment , After she was charge over 100 dollars for it she brought it back asap because the car was pulling worse to the right than ever. I drove her car and it slightly pulled to the right when driving so I suggested she have the alignment, what a mistake. I understand the man came out to her while she was waiting and gave her the excuse that he couldn't do it properly because the right front tire was bald. When she left there the car was worse than ever, the car pulled to the right so badly that it was impossible to drive. She returned and told them and it was one excuse after another, she said then why did you do it , if it could not be done. He started yelling at her and she told him don't yell at me, SO if that is the case then why was she charged over 100 dollars for something they could not do correctly. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. She asked for her card to be refunded because they could not do it correctly they refused. This morning we went to a tire company and had the tire replaced. When we told them that it had been aligned last week and told them what happened they couldn't believe that they even attempted to align the car and the tire had nothing to do with it. They aligned the car for us with no problem and didn't even charge us. After showing us the alignment print out there was no way that Cahill did it . After talking to some locals in that town, I have heard several stories that were not good. They should have never attempted an alignment if there was a problem with the tire so they said, or take her money for a unsatisfactory job.
