“I would like to thank Monty for the final resolution to this issue. He acted in a manner that was 100% focused on resolution and took full responsibility. The kick plate was delivered as promised and we now have 100% installation of our dishwasher. ThanksWe’ve bought a stove, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher from this store. We live within 3 miles and it’s convenient. We have had a number of delivery and installation issues with our washer and dryer and dishwasher. The dishwasher is almost comical if I hadn’t paid $260 for installation. Originally sent three guys to install the dishwasher, upon completion they discovered that the kick plate was missing and told me that they would be back 8n a week with the plate. After calling the store to scheduled they said they had one in the store and that someone would be over to install. Guy came installed the plate and left. First time I opened the door the plate popped off, wasn’t the right plate. They said they would order me a plate after I went to the store to return the old plate. A week later I called the store and they said they would send someone,out the next day to install the new plate after 11:00 am, which no came and I called at 4:30. They said store closes at six and they would send someone over which didn’t fit our schedule so I told them to just leave the plate on the front porch. Which someone did at about 7:15. Opened the packaging which wasn’t original and discover there were no screws included. Went back to the store the next day and they took two screws off a floor model and gave them to me. Shouldn’t be surprised they gave me the wrong screws. Its frustrating because in my dealings with the folks at the store it appears to me that they are more concerned with figuring out what I could have done wrong instead of solving the problem. We have made 3 trips to the store to solve their problem and have been offered no remedy. I would hope that I would be contacted over the next 24-48 hours with a solution? If not I don’t think I will be shopping at Mannys again.”

“I needed a dishwasher. Mine was put in when I redid the kitchen in 1990. Even though, my dishwasher needed to be replaced, I put it off because of all the government rules that made them more water efficient but less washing and drying efficient. I have been to family and friends homes and saw how the dishes had to be hand dried because their dishwasher didn't dry them. My old dishwasher finally broke, so I went to Whitco. The salesman immediately approached me and asked what I was looking for. He showed me one dishwasher from hearing my needs, (No whistles and bells, must be efficient, dry thoroughly and priced reasonably), and that was it. I went to the desk, paid, got a delivery date (2 days later) and was on my merry way. I was probably in Whitco for 20 minutes. On delivery day, the two delivery men were efficient in removing my old one and replacing it with the new one. It took them time to hook it up. They were very careful and made sure to clean up. Success! I now have the perfect dishwasher for me. Thank you Whitco!”

We have bought so many items from them from TV's, furniture, stands, games systems, and other electronics. We have never had a problem with them on anything since we've been with them my only issue is that I wish they would know me by my name but Everytime we go there she is always putting the items in her name and I do the paying right now I have been paying for a PS4 and I'm almost done with the payments.”
