“I’ve only ever experienced exceptional customer service while shopping at this store. My mom and I came in shopping right before Christmas. We were greeted right when we entered the store. “At first I was hesitant because it may be pricey. No its not the cheapest but the quality is AMAZING!!!! It's super hard for me to find a swim.suit because im not thin and im funny about wjats hamging out but wanted a 2 peice. Michelle was so helpful. Great customer service and she was helping like 3-4 ppl at once. Theu.also.have a few sale racks. I loved they had disposable peices to put on to try on the swim suits Highly recommended!!!!!”

“Went to the kohls in hyannis, very good store. went to look for a pink shirt found exactly what i needed. went upto the customer service for checkout. was greeted by hope that was the only person there at the time (near closing i’m assuming) she was very professional in explaining everything to me. ask me if i wanted to sign up for a kolhs charge. so i did, was approved a few minutes later after 3 minutes of my time. would definitely kohls from now on!”

I went to another mega retailer moments before and had no luck, so I felt a bit defeated. The staff at the Black Dog General Store, and one young lady in particular, went out of her way to look in the back room and go through the showroom racks with me. We found them, and Christmas was saved!

Ashley goes above and beyond to engage customers, answer questions, provide try on videos and photos, and then check back to ensure you like your purchases. Ashley has encouraged me to try items that I might not choose on my own, and she's been right every single time. While I love everything I've purchased, the stand out item is a pair of hot pink flare jeans. Every time I wear them, I get countless compliments and have even started a "pink pants" trend at work. Today, my dentist even commented on them! Who has ever gotten fashion compliments from your dentist?! All this to say, AIB is a wonderful new component to my life, and checking in on their regular Instagram stories and updates brings a smile to my face on the daily.”
