Tried dealing with the service guy dave, on the phone he was very accommodating but what he said never materialized. Told me any day was good for a survey so I sent someone there and the boat was still covered. Seems like he is overwhelmed in his position. Too bad

If you're looking for expertise, honesty, and comprehensive customer service, Crosby Yacht Yard will earn your trust. "Calm seas never made a good mariner"...or so the saying goes. I bought a new Southport 30 FE from CYY last year, and like everything else, the process was disrupted by the pandemic. After contracting for the boat in February 2020, we all know how complex life became. Working closely with Southport, Tom and Greg guided me through a complex design, build, and delivery process. As the inevitable changes occurred, CYY was proactive and candid, offering seasoned advice and value added alternatives. Delivery Day was very special. Through the season, Jack in Service and Brian in Parts handled my multiple requests quickly and professionally. As the 2021 season approaches, I have every confidence that CYY will retain the solid reputation they've earned through the years.

Pull in to eat at the chart room, or call the service office to get some work done on your boat! This outstanding and historical yard does everything from boat building to moorings to fueling.
