Joe & Kelly - We can't thank you both enough for all your help during the process of purchasing our new home. You brought us to ease the very first time we look at the one. Joe was able to explain things to us in a way that made sense. Kelly did an awesome job checking out what other properties went for in the area. You handled everything professionally from submitting the offer right through the closing. Thanks for making this as enjoyable and stress free as buying a home can be. The team works, so give them a chance. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts"Annette & Howard (Mashpee, MA)

I agree with the previous reviewer in that I wish I could rate them a 0 and my interaction with their unprofessional and unpleasant listing agent (whose name was Frank DeStefano) barely even lasted two minutes...We made an appointment through an online website to see a house for sale at 2pm, as with COVID they're doing all the showings to each group during one block of time on a particular day. For whatever reason the appointment was not confirmed by the person we spoke with and when we arrived we came to find out we were not on the list. The issue wasn't that, the issue was the horrible interaction we had with the listing broker...we approached the front door which was open and walked in. Mr. DeStefano came charging towards us and in accusatory tone shouted "Can I help you?!" We informed him we had a 2pm appointment. He informed us that we were not on his list and advanced toward us and told us we need to step outside as this is a "private showing." We of course were confused not only by why we were not on the list but at this man's tone which was completely unprofessional and dismissive. We attempted to look up the name of the person we spoke with/find the text we had confirming the appointment with the person we spoke with, but he was having none of it and asked us to leave immediately as he was very busy and that his next appointment was here. I have no idea what kind of training this man went through but he is a horrible representation of your company and of customer service standards. His tone was rude and uncalled for and he acted as though we were low life's who weren't worth his time (keep in mind this was a $495k house and we're cash buyers.) He's doing a disservice to his clients by presenting himself as rude and uninterested in parties who are potentially going to make an offer on a property he is responsible for obtaining the highest and best offer on. We will never do business with your company nor will anyone we know after today. It would be highly advisable for you to retrain your agents on how to interact with the public as they clearly are not well versed in the subject.

I would review this as a zero if I could. I had a sellers real estate agent, Patty Flynn, give me a counter offer on a 3bd 1 ba home in Mashpee, MA, of $307,000 that was verbally accepted by myself, my real estate agent, and my broker. Who then brought up things about the property that were not event listed correctly, such as the new septic going in is actually only going to be for a two bedroom home. Also mentioned how she was concerned with my bank approving the inspection because there is a broken glass slider, which I said I would take care of. Seemed like she was just trying to get me to not buy the house, and that maybe she wanted to sell it to her client to get full commission. Or for whatever reason. I was approved for a $440,000 mortgage loan. After the counter offer, at 853pm, she texted my agent, addressing it to me directly, says that she is only taking best offers, which is also very unprofessional. That would be like my real estate agent contacting the home owner directly. So I put in an offer for $321,123! The home is listed for $309,900, and today, around 430pm, where my contract is only valid until 5pm, she said that they accepted someone else's offer. I trust this woman as far as I can throw her. She gave me a counter offer, which I accepted. I already talked to a real estate attorney and William Raveis headquarters, whom both say that yes, that verbal agreement, and I have it in a text message, is binding, but because of Covid-19 and the court system, there isn't much to do about restraining this person's real estate license. It is very wrong for her to say that my offer is accepted, get my hopes up and everything, then accept someone else's offer, that I am sure was not as high as mine. I never want to see this person selling homes ever again.

They are helpful and friendly in finding a rental on Cape Cod, MA BUT....... They have misrepresented the "TRAVEL PROTECTION" insurance that they offer their clients . I paid them for the rental property AND I paid them for TRIP insurance which, according to the flier that they sent me; was 100% coverage for many pieces of problems on a trip but mainly for 100% coverage for trip cancellation due to injury or illness. I had to cancel my trip due to injury and now I find out that the insurance will not reimburse me for my trip but rather for the cottage rental. The rental agents refuse to take any responsibility for not letting us know in email, conversation or in the flier that they sent us that the insurance policy does not cover any TRIP expenses except the rent for the cottage. There is absolutely no language in the flyer or insurance brochure stating that the 100% TRIP coverage was so limited. One agent even said to me "anyone who travels should know that you have to purchase individual policies." BEWARE of this company as they do not follow ethical practices nor do they take responsibility when they are in error.
