I had such a wonderful experience stumbling upon Yak Arts during a trip with my parents on the cape. The owner has great eyes for paintings and holds a sizable modestly-priced collection, especially with local artists’ work. I didn’t expect that we’d walk out of there with three paintings and a necklace, felt so grateful that he gave me generous discount on them. Don’t miss the opportunity if you drive by Orleans. It is not just your average antique store!

A nice place where you can buy a variety of second-hand items.

It was good way back. But the guy running it now has no idea what customer service means. He was too busy playing on his cell phone to even look up and ignolage the customers. Don't even bother waisting your time stopping here.

We visited with my mom from Macedonia. The owner was so nice and knowledgeable and we stayed there almost an hour exploring everything the shop had to offer! Wonderful place! Hidden gems everywhere

The owner is a little eccentric, but that’s to be expected at any art gallery, don’t you think? If you visit, I suggest you buy something, even if it’s small, because it’s like paying your admission if you know what I mean. It’s a store, not a museum.

Can’t find an entrance…some signs say open but doors are locked. One sign says closed and back at 10…tomorrow? It’s 4 pm and website says open till 5. Also, looks like private home on top. I’m unimpressed… looks like a junk yard.

I love stopping by this unique gift barn. I have been visiting for decades and always pop in to see what they have. One year we bought a didgeridoo and other hand instruments from Bali and such places. They also have a nice selection of Sarongs from Indonesia and beautiful island colors. The art work is interesting and we enjoy looking at the many things in this worldly store.

You just never know what you will find in this shop. For many years we have stopped here and found many items for our yard. They offer antiques, jewelry and hand made items shipped in. Something for everyone.
