Used to be great but definitely not anymore. Package always is dropped at wrong spot despite the clear instructions being posted. Sometimes they don't even deliver big packages and request to pick it up due to "beach traffic" meanwhile smaller packages are still delivered. Have to go to the office to complain since we rely on the deliveries. Good for couple weeks then back to normal.

Wouldn't usually leave a review, but apparently this is the only way to air your grievences with USPS as they don't pick up the phone. They keep putting my mail in the wrong place and not delivering after Ive asked them 5 times and had to go in to pickup from the post office directly. Not sure why something so simple can't be achieved but I'll be in there tomorrow to pick up my packages that should have been delivered Saturday. Absolutely appauled by the level of customer service, especially as someone local who doesn't want to go stand in line for an hour a day to get my mail. I don't have time to do this everyday. Wouldn't recommend but sadly theres not much choice. Do better.

Hours are terrible. 11-1 on Saturday can’t even wait till five on the weekdays.

Orleans Post Office has always been nice and also helpful! But yesterday our mail delivery lady, Marina, saved the day! She recognized our missing dog Stanley the white Boxer/Mix (I'd given her the missing dog poster) on Gibson Road at Seavers and called the sighting in! That's when my son and his girlfriend captured the dog at 4:30pm. Thank you Marina!!!

Bankers hours. Poor customer service. Lazy delivery people that leave packages dangling from guard rails adjacent to mail boxes on Rt. 28 and claim they are left "at the door". All around pathetic - even compared to other post offices and that is truly saying something.

Reserved a PO box online, paid in full, arrived at this location with appropriate completed forms and identification and was told that a certain person needed to be there to provide me with a PO box. It's completely unacceptable that all employees at this location aren't trained to complete the services that are listed as available. This isn't the first time I've heard that this man needs to be present to perform necessary functions and that he "doesn't like new people".
