This place has a ridiculous policy! You have to have a credit card. Yup they deny service even with a bank visa. If it says debit no go! So elitists that they are. I'd rather you check my driving record than my credit. Incredibly private info and they get around it by ensuring you have a credit card. Truly the worst. The person at the desk even suggested I go somewhere else. AND I AM. If you're coming to Cape Cod, and need a car, and you'll be on the outer Cape, like Orleans, then rent the car in Hyannis. Better prices and humane policies

I rented a car from here for over a month. I was in a car accident and had no other vehicle. They were so helpful and kept allowing me to extend the rental when the insurance company was taking forever to write me a check. They went above and beyond in all aspects of customer service! I highly recommend! Thanks ☺️

Polite and kind and cooperative staff. Prices are crazy but that's everywhere. Lot was sold out but staff was able to pull off a magic truck and got me and my father in law into a vehicle!

The BEST customer service!!! Kudos to Becky, Cindy, Edward here and Jess in the Hyannis location! Everyone worked together to help me get home, and it was flawless.
