This was a very lucky find! It was above and beyond my expectations for a motel. Cute property, cottage style rooms with a balcony facing the water, and walking distance from some cute bakeries. I wish I would have stayed here longer.

A great stay these past few days. Quiet room in the Economy Suite in mid May. Great location in walkable Orleans, MA. Restarants nearby. As well as a bakery and ice cream shop. Short drive to the ocean or bay. Not new but clean.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Very clean and inviting. Will stay here again.
