Yes, this is a 2 star motel. But the room we had was 4 star quality. Recently renovated. Meticulously clean. More than adequately appointed. Plenty of space for a 2 queen room. And wonderfully personal attentive staff.

Our first time staying in Cape Cod was very welcoming thanks to staying here! The rooms were very clean and spacious, house keeping was excellent, the owners were very caring about their guests, and the home made muffins were delicious and warm! The location was great when driving to Chatham and Provincetown. We hope to stay here again!

Our stay was very nice! It was cute and had a nice location! The room was very clean and nice! Beds were adequate and pool was nice. The landscaping was beautiful and the outdoor seating was nice. The mini fridge was very large and spacious. I saw several reviews raving about how hood the muffins were so I thought I’d try a few. They were amazing! There were a lot of staff working and cleaning and the rooms even provided sanitary napkin bags! The lady at the front desk was very nice! Great stay!

We had a lovely time at this motel. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Homemade muffins, were delicious and the coffee was excellent. Very clean room. You can tell they care about their guests. We will be back and will hopefully stay longer next time.

Our first time at this motel and we’ll definitely be back. Beds so comfortable we asked the owner for the make and model, he gave us the name of the sales person. What a nice man. Highly recommend for the price, location, cleanliness, updated rooms, and friendliness of the owner and staff. Thanks for an exceptional stay!

Very, very, quiet. If you're looking for a more inland vibe and the stillness of the mid Cape on a budget, this is the place to stay. It's campy in feel and it's family owned. I would definitely recommend!

This motel is clean and quiet with updated bathrooms. It's located right off rt 6, in the middle of Orleans. Skaket beach and Nauset beach are both minutes down the road. The motel is across the road from a Shaws grocery store, making it so easy to walk over for something to eat. In the morning they bake fresh muffins, alongside cereal and fresh coffee, all of which are complimentary. Medium sized inground pool with tables, lounge chairs, and 2 umbrellas. This motel is family run and operated, and it's layout and size gives off a very laid back, conformable, and relaxing feel compared to most comparable motels in the area.

Very clean rooms, staff are friendly and personable. The complimentary muffins in the morning are fantastic! Easy access to beaches, mini-golf, bowling and other local activities.

The motel is cute and very clean. Not expensive at all. The room has a folder with all the info necessary to enjoy all the things that Cape Cod has to offer like restaurants, bike rentals, beaches to go to watch the sunset, suppers at local churches, music, theater, movies, etc. I highly recommend.
