The ATM stole my credit card so I went into the building to see if I could get it back. The lady at the desk was rude and not friendly to me. She was talking down to me. She said that there was nothing she could do and told me that since it wasn’t my bank that I shouldn’t have gone here. she said that the ATM will be shredding my card and there was nothing she could do.

I was over drawn on my checking. Haven't done that in years. Cash in hand 1st thing Monday morning Lucy greeted me & was able to reverse all the overdraft fees. Thank you Lucy. You're the Best!

Called to see if they had a notary. Said they had 2. Asked when we would arrive said within the hour. Arrived at 2:40 and were told by 2 people we needed an appointment. They were too busy to help us. We will be changing banks
