Steven is just the best! My company was having issues receiving payments yesterday and Steven went above and beyond to help identify the issue and contact the right people to address it. Within 24 hours problem solved! Excellent customer service! Even called this morning to update on the fix! Very pleased business owner here! Thank you Steven!!

In 50 years of banking I have never been treated with such disrespect. The branch manager was extremely rude. I called the number on the mobile app to leave a complaint and did not receive any response.

I believe the name was Debbie but they were very rude and flat out mean. I’m never using or calling this location ever again.

Do not open an account here! Just save yourself the trouble, time, and money. The people at the actual banks are friendly and wonderful, but being a customer of the bank itself is god awful. I am genuinely surprised at how awful it is. The mobile app (when the server is working and when it hasn't randomly locked you out of the app, forcing you to delete and redownload it) is a labyrinth with seemingly no escape or way to manage anything. Besides all that, the processing is so incredibly painfully slow, taking a day or more than most other banks to process checks, deposits, charges. They told me the wrong account balance leading to a negative account balance and 45 minutes wasted on the phone figuring it out. Worst bank ever.

Love this bank. Been with them for years and wouldn't think of going any where else. The manager and tellers are all great. So friendly and willing to help. They even fed me today after helping with my banking needs.

This is my bank. I love this bank. Every member of the team greets you with a smile and a hello as you walk in the door. They know the names of all their customers and have a what-can-I-do-for-you-today attitude every day. Branch Manager Stephen P. sets the tone. He is calm and capable, part therapist, part banker as he helps you muddle through opening new accounts, home equity loans, wire transfers—you name it, he gets it done. And when he is unavailable, you can trust that anyone there will help you take care of business. You could not ask for a better bank!

Yes I use between six and eight banks on a regular basis him and of all the branches are use the Orleans Rockland trust by far has the best service keep up the good work thank you so much
