Took my 2019 Highlander Hybrid in as I was getting occasional check engine light messages and an odd message about Hybrid not working. My service advisor was Chis, he was a great communicator, and he and the tech figured out that a cell in the battery was dead , causing the error lights, but also not allowing the car’s computer to create any data / error codes to fix the problem. Got the new battery and things seem great. Thanks!

I'm slowly gaining more appreciation for Ira Toyota. A few hiccups at the beginning, but the dedicated folks saw me through some issues I thought were unsurmountable. I am an older gentleman, and not accustomed to the digital aspects when it comes to new vehicles, so I have been dragged, kicking and screaming into the modern day! I love the video runthrough (see screenshot) they gave me while my car was being worked on, explaining the work, and recommended services. The kindness and patience of the employees are second to none. Really great folks. Thank you!

I bought a vehicle here in october of 2023. I had to return it because it was defective , so I did a lemon law buy back in January of 2024. Orleans Toyota never signed me up for tire and wheel insurance even though i paid them for that , so when i tried to get my refund on that I was told to call orleans toyota and get them money from them. Ive been trying to get a refund from several months from Louise Miconi the Business Manager. She said she would handle it months ago. bow she doesn't return my emails. The sales manager hung up on me multiple times. i just want the money they owe me.

Called Orleans Toyota and easily got an appointment for the next day. Dropped the car off and they provided shuttle service to and from home. Car was ready before the time stated and they did an excellent job. Can’t ask for a better dealer or service provider.

Won't ever go back . Brought my vehicle to be repaired all I got was a Scam 120k Check up and a broken glove box for 2000 . Can't afford to be scammed

Brought my car in for a tire rotation and an oil change. I had an email coupon for a $9.95 oil change. The total for the oil change was $78.22 and they took off $60 coupon so doesn’t that leave my oil change to be 18.22? Was I missing something in the coupon that something wasn’t included in that 9.95 oil change? Besides that, I bring my car there all the time because it’s always done in a timely manner.

Everything seemed to be fine Very polite customer service. Nothing abnormal. Still could determine when a passenger airbag sensor was still giving us a warning otherwise happy with the service
