It's one of my favorite things to do on the cape. I always feel so much more relaxed and grounded. The cave itself is so well built, and you really do feel like you are in a cave of himalayan salt. Best thing ever! If you are thinking about it, give it a try. You'll love it!

I like the larger cave as opposed to the private one. It's so pretty. Very relaxing! Felt positive vibes!!!
