I stopped in looking for a gift for my wife. I walked out with 3 and she loved them all. The staff was very helpful, friendly and, funny. They also did a great job gift wrapping. I’ll be back and highly recommend them!

I love Oceana (and frequently do a lot of my Christmas shopping there) but was very disappointed today when I rushed out of work so i could get there before they closed just to get there 15 minutes before closing to have one of staff lock the door in my face. Very disappointing

Oceana has always been my favorite gift shop at the Cape! They have incredible quality items. This is definitely the BEST place on the Cape to buy jewelry. I love their customer service; they even wrap gifts. Last week, when I was there, I felt safe with the precautions that the store has in place. My friends and I are planning a girls trip to the Cape in October and I plan to do some Christmas shopping!!!

What a great store! I felt SO safe due to the strong and fair protocols that the store implemented to ensure that the chance of COVID transmission was extremely low. They have great gifts and an even greater staff that is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have great prices that match the quality of the items available. I will absolutely be back!

Had a great experience shopping at Oceana last weekend. Customer service was great!! Can't wait to spend my next pay check there! COVID concerns were dealt with seriously but considerately. Will definitely shop there again.

I have been going to Oceana for years....and I love the story. But I am not going back again. Yesterday, my friend and I visited. We were "greeted" at the door by an employee who insisted that I use Purell before entering. I had just use disinfectant, but told her that I do not use Purell, and I prefer wipes. She said "take one out and use it now." Not wanting a problem, I did. So that was awkward, but it did not end there. Another lady followed my friend around the store asking her repeatedly what she was looking for. She felt like she was being stalked--and that she was being observed because they thought she might steal. More ackwardness. A business call came in on my cell phone. I pulled my mask down to speak, and after the call, this employee ordered me to pull my mask up! I was now embarrassed--and considered leaving. But there were a few things I needed to get. So I went to check out. I spent almost $200. No thank you...but when I left, I was again "ordered" by this crew to leave through the exit door. This employee gave me a dirty look like I was a problem, and she was glad I was leaving. To say the least, my friend and I were appalled. If this is the way you are going to treat people, I cannot imagine that you will stay in business for long in a weak economy where you offer nothing essential. I take COVID seriously, but there is a polite way to enforce your "rules." You do not seem to have the basic manners to do that. How hard it is to understand that if you make customers feel bad they are not going to want to come back?

Oceana is one of my favorite places to shop. I love all their items and the staff are so wonderful and friendly! I just went there last week and I am always nervous going shopping now. But their covid protocols made me feel so safe. Everyone was wearing masks but I was still able to have wonderful conversations with the staff as they helped me find the perfect gift. I am looking forward to going back there the next time I am on the cape!
