Recommended by a friend. Scheduled my appt for front brakes. Dropped the car off the afternoon before. Very accommodating.
Called the next day before noon, paid the bill, everything was as
promised. Also, I was lucky enough to have the service done on "cookie" day. Took two chocolate chip cookies for my wife and me. Will defiantly use Frank's service again....

From the very begining Frank the service manager made me comfortable. He has the knowledge that every front person should have. In this instance they inspected my car, determined the problem, and referred my problem to Subaru of Hyannis for extended warranty work. Final bill, no cost to me! Nauset Auto is fair priced, quick and efficient service. I would recommend Frank and his team for an oil change or major work on your vehicle. First impressions are based on the first person you deal with. Frank is all that. Simply, the best!

Amazing service.
We had a brakes issue with our car while we were on our way back to Montreal and they took the time to look at it and make sure we were safe to drive back !

Having a great trustworthy mechanic is one of the keys to a happy life! All kidding aside, brought our car into another mechanic in Providence and they recommend over $5K in work for our 2008 Acura. Brought it in to Nauset Auto and after an inspection of the car, they said it only needed about $350 worth of maintenance! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best customer service! Jennie went above and beyond being helpful with the process of repairs that happened to have been missed by our recent trip to a Volkswagen dealership that left us with a breakdown on the road. She was easy to communicate with & gave clear and precise updates on parts and cost. Everyone at Nauset is so kind. We will continue to chose Nauset Auto for regular service & highly recommend them.
