“I recently traveled to the Cape via airline. Left the house in a big hurry. Upon reaching the airport, realized I had left my phone at home. Figured I could old school travel, which I did successfully. However, inclement weather was forecast to be incoming. I was concerned about my flight cancelling, needing to rebook, get a hotel…So, I visited Verizon in Harwich. Joshua explained that I was due for an upgraded phone, could exchange my old one when I returned to Florida, and my monthly bill would be lower! I agreed, and he made it happen, including synching up my watch to the new phone. Such a great experience, I highly recommend visiting this particular store for your wireless phone needs.”
