Everything went well with the exception that the mattress we found on-line and were interested in was shown to be in the store but when we arrived we were told it was not as it was an older model and no longer stocked? In any event we chose to purchase that particular model and take our chances that we will like it. The salesman honored the on-line sales price as well as a discount code sent to me for listing my email address. So far everything has worked out. We will get the delivery in a week.

Sherine was fabulous to work with. We tried out many mattresses before finding the right ones. They came on time and the delivery folks were courteous and kind. Had a little mix up with the delivery of some pillows but it's straightened out.

This place is an exceptional mattress, firm, because of the excellent and knowledgeable sales person, Cassie, who works there.
This is the second mattress we have bought from her, and she is thoroughly professional, and cheerful and fun to work with.

A nice store with a great selection. Camille took the time to find the perfect choice for my needs. She is very knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. Delivery was fast. The guys were friendly. They got everything set up and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend!

Cassee at Orleans MattressFirm was fantastic. She absolutely knows the many products inside and out. Combine that with her excellent customer service and very nice personality and it was a truly enjoyable shopping experience. She treats her customers with care, compassion and positive energy. Not once did we feel rushed or pushed to one product or another. We absolutely highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to see Cassee at MattressFirm in Orleans.

One of the things that I’ve enjoyed about mattress firm if you could go in, buy a bed and have it within a couple of days. This time I was very disappointed because the adjustable base that I wanted was not available until August 9. That’s why I did four stars instead of five.
