this has been a horrible experience. I have purchased several vehicles I've Erne last few decades and I will say by far this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. you really can't make this stuff up. I was sold a jeep grand Cherokee that will not pass inspection....after waiting almost 2 hours to have it inspected i was told it wouldn't pass and they had already ordered the part to fix it. the part arrived the following week, brought it back left it for the day had to get a ride because they don't offer loaner vehicles and wanted to charge me to rent a vehicle...charge me to rent a vehicle after they illegally sold me a car that won't pass inspection at the ending then day I didn't get a call my husband did and he was advised the vehicle still wasn't inspected because they got the wrong part...again left the dealership in my uninspected jeepI can't begin to describe how poorly I was handled and this situation. I haven't heard from anyone at ira in regards to this not one sorry, not one person trying to rectify their complete lack of negligence. I've been back 3 times to date only to leave extremely frustrated and frankly in disbelief. This never should have happened they should've done a safety inspection before the vehicle was placed on the lot for sale.I'll update as we proceed

Rude and surly service manager. Asked 3 times for the 'maintenance required' notice to be switched off. It wasn't. That's ok. When I showed up the next day to have that 30-second fix accomplished I was told "that's what the owners manual was for". I don't need that kind of help!

So many issues with the service department. They make appointments, but they take forever to service the vehicle. Don't make appointments for times when you can't work on it!And they have failed to properly address issues with my vehicles several times, even when I go into explicit detail. Now, my car (less than 4 years old) that I bought from Orleans Toyota has a major issue that it shouldn't have. Since I bought it new from Orleans Toyota, I had it serviced at Orleans Toyota, like you're supposed to in case things go wrong - it was serviced there! I'm very disappointed. They are trying to charge me a fortune to fix a problem that is caused by a defect on the manufacturers end, even though I bought the car from them and have had them service it.To top it all off, it's the car my husband uses for work, so not only is this costing us in repairs, it also means he is unable to work, so we are losing wages.I bought a corolla from Orleans Toyota in 2011 and have LOVED it. It never caused me major issues and has been a great car. But both cars I have purchased since (a 2019 prius and 2022 sienna) have had problems that they should not have had. Not sure if Toyota has just been making cars of poorer quality or if this dealership in particular doesn't care about properly maintaining vehicles, but I'm really disappointed.

Awful. Appointments are never for the actual service time, waits are outrageous, overpriced.

I have had a mixed experience with service at Orleans Toyota. A couple of years ago, I took my Camry in for regular maintenance and had a positive experience. All went smoothly and they have a pleasant waiting area. Recently I made another appointment for maintenance service shortly before a planned long-distance drive. The morning of the appointment they called to cancel it. They were canceling all appointments for the day because all their technicians had decided not to work that day. The person who called me was unapologetic, made no effort to rebook my service before I had to leave the area, and did not even mention their affiliated dealership in Hyannis (which I learned about later). I'm now left in the position of having to find another dealership to service the car on very short notice. Letting a customer down like that unfortunately more than offsets the goodwill that was generated before.

In person experience (for Service) is good, friendly, clear explanations are gladly offered. However, their phone system is very frustrating to use. One of the options, after the initial announcement welcoming me to IRA Toyota Orleans, somehow connected me with an entirely different dealership, Lyndell Honda in Georgia, according to the Georgia sounding gentleman who answered my call. Also, if you leave messages for service representatives replies are not a sure thing. Again, in person, everyone there seems perfectly helpful and customer focused, but the phone system is very problematic.

Promised inspection when I called. But when I showed up they said no inspections. Unhappy

Great customer service and quick turnaround, I came in without an appointment for a check engine light. The service center diagnosed/fixed the issue within an hour. They didn't even charge me, since it was a minor issue.
