Super rude worker. We came in around 4:00 and were crouching to look at the hair dyes, and this older woman working came and complained to us in a snotty tone about "blocking the aisle." When my friend backed away to make more space, he accidentally nudged something on the shelf and she rudely said "oh, and don't knock things over either." Will not be coming back, super unacceptable

The CVS store is fine, but dont expect anything from the phamacy.Slow, surly, you have to know about the unpublished lunch time the pharmacy is closed.Maybe its understaffed but it is by far the worst CVS pharrmacy ever .

In seventy years I haven't had poorer service from a drug store. In person, twice in the past month I've been told "not ready, come back tomorrow after 2", only to come back at the designated time to be again told "later". As if the customer were an unnecessary annoyance. A phone call to find out an order's status is impossible for me, as I'm incapable of spending over 25 minutes listening to the most excruciating hold "music" possible. In general, CVS's business model over the last decade or two has been to buy out all the local pharmacies, consolidate, and then run their outlets with as little consideration for the performance of their service as possible, understaffing, to squeeze maximum profit for shareholders. A common trend, but wrought to perfection by CVS.

Absolutely the worst cvs phone service on the planet. Was on hold for 57 minutes in the morning of a Wednesday. Tried calling back later and still nothing. Good luck getting them to answer the phone

As most reviewers said, this is the worst place on the planet. I gave them the benefit of the doubt during the height of COVID, but nothing has improved. Today one of the salespeople literally THREW an item at me at the register after I questioned her about my coupon not going through correctly. She did not want to redo it! I've been snarled at at the pharmacy too. Whoever manages this place should be fired, and they should start all over. Prescriptions are never ready on time, the employees are hostile toward customers. Today was it for me. Even though it is so convenient, I will go as far as I have to to never step foot in here again. I wish CVS corporate would read these reviews and do something about this appalling excuse for a store and pharmacy.

The staff here are extremely helpful. Always have a good experience when I come. The managers are amazing & the store is always well stocked and clean.

As usual I was in a hurry and wanted to find what I was looking for and make the purchase and check out.It took a little longer for me to find what I wanted since the product space onthe shelf was empty. I settled for the second-choice eye vitamin and went to checkout line. A customer was being helped ahead of me, but as I turned around another associate approached me offering check-out assistance.She brought me to the self-check-out and helped me to complete my transaction. I was very pleased with her helpfulness and cheerful manner.I told her I would be happy to take the survey when I got home.Thank you, CVS associates, in Orleans, MA.

I came to the pharmacy shortly after 1, put in a refill and told them I'd be waiting. I did a little shopping, thought it was taking an unusual amount of time, went back to the pharmacy, which was closed for lunch from 1:30-2. Obviously people need to eat (though not sure why they all need to eat at the same time) but they gave me no indication that I would be waiting an hour for a prescription. Leaving now without it.

Great store they have a pharmacy. They also fell some food items. They sell cleaning products, stationary, small amounts of automotive and house tools, greeting card, candy, flashlights, skin hair and body cleaning and moisturizers.They even have some clothing products and hats and gloves very small selection but good if you're in a pinch.

They are ridiculously understaffed. You can NOT get the pharmacy to answer your call. I called the main store number at 5:30pm and was told"they aren't answering the phone, try calling in the morning." That's no way to do business.

Horribly disrespectful, when I asked if An item was edible I was warranted with a horribly disrespectful silence from a BLACK woman. She then went on to report ME to the manager whom of which promptly told me to leave. If I could give this place LESS than one star I WOULD. the world spins while cvs stands still. I will NEVER be coming back.

The pharmacy is short-staffed big time. Thus not many good days for pharmacy and pharmacist. Today Katie, the assistant store manager, went to great lengths to get my prescription to me contact free due to my concern with Covid. She was fantastic, and so was the pharmacy technician. Thank you so much!
