Hands down the worst cumbys I’ve ever been to. The older gentleman working in the morning has been very rude 2 days in a row. Customer service needs an overhaul here big time.

Went in yesterday afternoon & the girl at the registers was so rude! I brought to her attention that the item I picked up was expired & she snapped at me asking what I wanted her to do about it!! Check the dates before you buy anything here!!!

The manger in the AM, is awesome so friendly! Coffee & tea bar has a huge selection for .99 cents.
My only gripe is their hours, though I totally get it…..the whole world is understaffed.

We paid for $48 of gas, the pump had an error and did not release any gas. The clerk Victoria would not help or do anything to solve the issue and stated that manager Phil could not come down and she refused to call him. We asked for her to call corporate or do something since no gas was released. She instead gave attitude and was of no help at all saying there is nothing they can do. I suggest getting gas anywhere but this location. This was mind blowing and the most absurd experience with a clerk saying she was unable to do or figure out anything after we showed the tank still being empty and having the receipt right after he was in giving her cash

Decent old school Cumbys.NOTE "COMPANY POLICY":Prohibited: Drinking your purchased coffee and reading outside the store is considered LOITERING after 30 min.Allowed: employee locking the door to get stoned out back. No problem there apparently.

I have to come down to the lower Cape for work quite often and we usually stop here at least once during the day to get food and sodas. For the last couple of months this woman who works there named Heather is always rude to me and other customers. She also complains about everything and it gets on your nerves. The other day another employee named Brenda who I think is new, was obnoxious as hell and my co-worker got so pissed he said he's never going in there again. We also saw her being a bully to another customer due to a disagreement, an older person with fragile health and I think the manager should fire her, both of them actually. Anyway there are other places to go for what you need where you don't get harassed or have to put up with store clerk ego drama and that's what I'm doing. Cumberland Farms either gets nicer employees or they're not getting my money.

Just an FYI if you have been driving for a long time and are looking to use a restroom, they do not let you use their bathroom.
