Wow - what a sad and incredible drop from first to worst. I can't get answers to calls to ask them to pick up the trash bin and am now being invoiced for services for which I never contracted. I've been on hold for 30 minutes just this morning - music but no one answering...

"Dumpster Fire" would be putting it kindly. They haven't picked up trash or recycling in weeks. When we finally connected with their office we were told " we are not accepting new clients" despite us having been loyal clients for the past 15 years.... Huh?

the office staff is AWESOME ..always upbeat an fun ..the service outstanding...I've had countless dumpsters ..and curbside service ..they always come through...
