Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!
Card charged and delivery never made !!!!
If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!
Shame on me for not reading all of these reviews ahead of time. Unfortunately we were grieving and used the closest florist to the funeral home. After reading all of the reviews it appears taking payment and not providing a service is a regular pattern for Bloom.
Order placed on line 6/6 for a $60 plant for a funeral on 6/11 only 2.1 miles away from the flower shop and was charged $20 for a delivery fee.
We called the florist after we got to the service and saw the plant was never delivered. Florist was rude and condescending to us from the start. She claimed "this was not her problem and what did we expect her to do about it".
Through multiple texts the next day she claimed that the purchase was declined by her third party billing service because the purchase was only $60 and not enough for delivery and she never received the order.
A call to the third party revealed that the order was not in fact cancelled by them and they confirmed that the order and payment was accepted by Bloom on 6/6 and should have been fulfilled.
Bloom claimed that the amount of the product purchased had to be at least $67 for a delivery and that it was stated on their website. The third party explained that the disclaimer of $67 minimum was in very small print and unreasonable to believe a customer would have seen it.
It addition the third party processor confirmed that Bloom told them that an attempt for a refund was made on 6/11 after my call and it didn't go through but the third party couldn't confirm this refund attempt was actually made. It was until after hours of texting and a call to the third party on 6/12 that an actual refund was issued. A side note - the third party biller was more than helpful throughout the entire process.
A simple phone call from the florist either stating that an additional $7 of product would need to be purchased for delivery or the funeral home told us they would have picked up the plant in time for services if delivery couldn't be made.
This was for a FUNERAL !!!!!! UNREAL!!!!
My experience with this florist is that they are a scam. She is very difficult to deal. She is rude and condescending. She claims to be the victim and deflects blame to everyone else for any issues.
Had I not gone to the services I would not have known the plant wasn't delivered. Apparently Bloom was fine with not reaching out to me and telling me she didn't make the delivery and was okay with keeping my money for services not rendered. This company is a Scam and they are thieves.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered over the phone for Mother’s Day and Kristi was very helpful and put together a bouquet with local flowers that my mom loved.

Bloom did a fantastic job of creating two boutonnieres for my wedding. Kristy went above and beyond to work with me to create exactly what I wanted. She even delivered the boutonnieres in person on our wedding day and provided an extra bouquet for us to have. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Delivery was hard because of the snow, but they did call.

Was happy with the value and quality of flowers, I ordered online (from Singapore) to send my mom flowers on the same day.
My mom sent a video of the flowers and they looked beautiful and were nicely placed as she was not home. So overall, very happy with price paid vs flowers received - and appreciated the real time updates of delivery via email.

Compared to the other Florist I saw on Cape, this was (respectfully) smaller florist that didn't have the resources to invest in a fancy website with updated inventory compared to their larger competitors. What I saw was they did not over charge for a bouquet of flowers, I made the assumption that the manager would pick the flowers themselves (i.e not exactly what's on the website, but similair) - I was ok with this! I was a bit stunned to see all the low reviews and think that people had the wrong impression. Good flowers, well priced, will return!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. Orders either not delivered when they are supposed to be, or when they are delivered (after chasing multiple times), what's delivered is different from what was originally ordered.

Do not buy from this florist! I ordered from the store 's website. They charged my card but never delivered the flowers. Then, owner repeatedly assured me a refund was being processed...it wasn't!

My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday. I sent her a picture along with my thank you. She called horrified because it was not what she ordered. That was on Wednesday. I assured her they were lovely. On Thursday, the hydrangeas were dropping and some roses were as well, despite my giving water. By Friday they were worse. I called Blooms to express dissatisfaction, the voice mail was full, no email, and no brick and mortar store. I called several more times to let them know of the situation, voice mail still full. Really sad about the flowers, I try to support and recommend local merchants over chains since I find they are more willing to "go the extra mile".

I was so disappointed with this florist and would not recommend them. I ordered online one day ahead of when I needed a bouquet delivered for my aunt's birthday. My card was charged, the flowers were not delivered, and when I called the day after her birthday I got an excuse, a promise to deliver them and the florist said she'd call back. None of that happened and once I finally got her on the phone again, she offered more weak excuses and a refund. I wish I had seen these other reviews before ordering; I would have gone somewhere else. If I hadn't asked my aunt if she received a flower delivery, I never would have known they didn't arrive.

Do not use this florist!!! I had a small wedding at my house and needed a bouquet and 3 centerpieces. I called the owner on Monday for the flowers to be delivered by Thursday. She told me it was short notice for a wedding, but I ordered simple white flower arrangements that were already on the flower menu . The bouquet was white roses and some greens taped together at the stems. None of these pieces were anything special. Any real florist should be able to do three small arrangements and a bouquet in 3 days, She immediately charged me $400 (got the receipt on my phone). She was supposed to deliver them by 10 Thursday morning, but I had to call multiple times to reach her. She finally delivered them by 2:30 even though she lives nearby. When I got my credit card statement there was an additional charge of $410 (never got a receipt for that charge). I called her and she just started babbling about how short notice it was for a wedding and I could tell she was it up as she went along. She told me she charged $100 for a delivery fee! Zero Stars

My daughters bought me flowers from Bloom this week. While i'm thrilled at their thoughtfulness i was disappointed w/the quality of the flowers. I'm sad they spent over $100 when they could have spent $40 at Shaw's for the same arrangement. Even the card had misspellings and didn't include one of my daughter's names.
