An amazing fitness experience. I enjoy both Total Body Pilates and Barre classes. I wouldn't miss my workout with Andie, she is the best! Classes are fun and challenging even after several years as a client.

This compact studio, located in a small plaza in Orleans, MA, is a place where all are truly welcome and given support to begin or continue their fitness regimen. Andi is so knowledgeable and her classes are outstanding. I have taken barre classes at many studios and hers are the best. I just took my first TRX class and will be back for more! Andi gives individual attention to each student and emphasizes challenging yourself but watches carefully to insure that you are working out safely and correctly. Whether you are new to fitness, returning after an absence or a fitness regular, Andi will give you a great workout experience. A great place for year round residents and seasonal visitors!

Andi is an outstanding instructor. Whether she is teaching spin, pilates, or barre - all of which I've taken - her guidance, clear direction and endless encouragement - make Balanced Fitness one of the best of gyms. I came to Balanced Fitness from Equinox Fitness, in NYC and most recently, Boston. Andi's classes are unparalleled. Just great!

The hardest thing about effecting change is not so much recognizing the need for it, but simply deciding where to start ... The winter of 2015 was a recipe for fitness disaster: the epic cold-induced inactivity along with stressful transitions in my personal and professional life led to an uncomfortable weight gain that actually changed my sense of self. Something had to be done! Joining Andi's Barre Fusion class was just the path I needed to gently begin reclaiming a healthy weight and improved comfort in my own skin ... and, in my brand new size two jeans! As A Licensed Massage Therapist and Homemaker for the Elderly I work very hard, and tend to overuse certain muscles. I found myself not only feeling overworked and overtired, but frequently complaining of a sore back and other aches and pains. Since joining Balanced 4 Fitness, specifically the Zumba Fusion class, I find that by working all of my muscles, I am in much better shape. I no longer get aches and pains, my back no longer hurts, and I have tons of energy now to do not only what I have to do, but things that I have been wanting to do for a long time!
