“We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Chatham Guest Rooms. Our Host was friendly & informative. The room was comfortable & complete. It's conveniently located about a mile from the center of town. I absolutely recommend this guesthouse for anyone wishing to explore Chatham.”

“The owner Peter has been at this location for 61 years. Surprised they aren't on Yelp, so perhaps they do not need advertisements as they do well without . They carry a bevy of teacup saucer sets including Royal Standard, Staffordshire, Alberto, etc. , license plates from other states, antique jewelry, a real gem of a find right on Main St Chatham next to an espresso coffee shop.”

“Wayne's the real deal. And the antiques are the real deal - or he tells you immediately when they're not (i.e. high quality replicas). I can't tell you how many awesome pieces I have acquired from Wayne over the years. He really knows his stuff inside and out, he is NEVER over-priced, and I learn something fascinating about 18th, 19th or early 20th century craftsmanship every time I visit. Everything from 19th C. German-made grandfather clocks (that keep time to within a second a week!) , and antique toys, to glass and jewelry, and fine art and china to lanterns and tools.”

“After buying the most gorgeous 70s dress here, I ran back to get this piece of fabric! It matched my room perfectly and I'm using it as a curtain. I also cannot wait to wear this dress soon! This place is definitely worth checking out. I also bought some jewelry! ☆☆☆☆☆ you never know what you're going to find here.”

“This is by far one of my favorite antique shops on the Cape. The items are high end and fine, but oh so lovely. There are several items of considerable beauty, but maybe not considerable value as well. I found two matching tea pots in two consecutive years, and I love them.”

“Beautiful - wish it was bigger! High-quality, clean items. Lovely shop.Oddly, I found the lighting and lamps super overpriced. +$100 for small table lamps, but pretty affordable solid wood furniture.”

“I'm not even an "antiques person," but I love this place. So many interesting things to see here, so much variety. Truly different from all the usual stuff you find on the Cape. Easy to find, lots of parking, friendly staff. Check it out!”

“Friendly owner. Disclaimer - I know very little abt antiques. That said, there were many small / decorative items of silver and glass (including a very interesting collection of silver candy molds), a few small books, and some wooden/painted statues from 19th c. Please see pics. Furniture includes beautiful, well cared for pieces, including a table and a ?secretary? from 1810.Layout was easily navigable and pleasant. My chief issue, really, is the pricing, which seems quite high, even given the area. Suggest bringing your haggling boots or just coming for a browse, unless there is something here you really can't find elsewhere (and there quite well may be), and you really can't live without it.”
