I can’t say enough good things about Animal Hospital of Orleans! I took my very anxious dog there today for a yearly physical with vaccines and blood draw for the first time and we both had such an amazing experience! We saw Dr. Ashley Stancil who was just so phenomenal!! She and our vet tech (who I feel awful for not catching her name) were so patient and loving towards my dog and made her feel as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend Animal Hospital of Orleans for any pet needs!

Very poor and unprofessional service. Would never recommend facility based on inadequate vetting process of dogs going into kennel area. Also very unfriendly to out of state clients. Not first poor experience with this establishment, but first time deciding to voice concerns.

Bailey is a very difficult patient so she has to be heavily medicated and treated in the car. Yesterday was her first annual visit with Dr. Kirby-Madden assisted by tech Jeremiah. It wasn't easy but they made it the best ever through their kind, gentle, compassionate care. When Bailey balked at one approach, they were flexible and tried another, all the while reassuring Bailey and me that we'd get through it. And we did! Thank you both .

They are a great team, who love the work they are doing! Both my dogs and I feel like we are going to visit good friends when we have appointment with the vets or the kennel.

Place definitely has changed for the worse abd nasty since both doctors with years of experience have left, if you love and care for you pet go elsewhere with experienced doctors and staff!

I am so grateful for every single person at the Animal Hospital of Orleans. Last year, my pup developed serious GI disease we were in and out of the vet's office at least once a week. We had recently established care at AHO and I could not be more grateful to have such a wonderful vet practice close by. The team at AHO has gotten us through some of the harder days of my pup's disease and I always feel in such wonderful hands when we walk through the door. Kristin, Lillian, and Sam have been so wonderful at squeezing us in when something urgent comes up, which I know is not easy given how many patients the practice serves. In addition, my pup is very anxious and we are always showed to an empty room whenever possible, or we are able to wait in the car to minimize his stress. I can say that EVERY vet, vet tech, and staff member at AHO is wonderful, because we have seen them all, literally! Dr. Kirby-Madden has been especially wonderful in helping manage my pup's behavioral symptoms, and Dr. Stancil is typically the vet we see for anything urgent that comes up. They are both so kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable and have been so integral in setting my pup on a healthy course (and saving my sanity more than once or twice!). They are also great about interfacing with my pup's other specialists at the large animal hospital where he also receives care. Thank you to everyone at AHO, including the amazing vet techs Diane, Jeremiah, and Katie. I can't recommend this practice enough.

Our senior kitty of 21 years took a drastic turn for the worse. Our vet would not accommodate a timely appointment to have our sweet girl put to rest. My daughter took her pets to Orleans, so I gave them a call. They fit my kitty in the same day. Not only that but the experience was amazing despite the trauma of having your kitty put down. Very kind and patient staff.
