Staff are knowledgeable and plentiful.

I would like to give a 5-star review to Brian for excellent customer service. I recently purchased two wooden benches and he was very helpful in loading them and explaining how I could teak them. The Agway store at that time was outrageously busy, yet he was not flustered - was pleasant and kind. I mentioned how much I liked the store and he told me it has wonderful owners which was very nice to hear.

Great store huge selection of any out door needs you may have. They let dogs in the store so your best friend can make sure they get exactly the toy or treat they want most cause as humans get it wrong once in a while. The staff is very knowledgeable in many areas from animals to gardening. It's a go to spot will be returning for many more yrs to come thanks for all the hard work the staff puts in!!!!

Love Agway for its pet products and gardening supplies! They are very welcoming of humans and dogs alike, and have particularly nice greenery at the Christmas season (go early!). I also like their plantable herbs and bulb selection.

I've been a customer of Agway Orleans for many years. I appreciate dealing with knowledgable, appreciative and cordial representatives and don't mind paying for this service level.Today I went into the store to get information and purchase flower bulbs. Their was an employee stocking a rack and I waited for her notice me as I didn't want to interrupt her. When sg=he finally turned to me I asked a question about the location of the bulbs and her curt reply was "there right in front of your nose when you walk in". I went over to the bulbs and had a another question which I asked the person at the register. Her answer was "I don't know".I don't expect that they know all the answers, but I do expect a more courteous interaction. I walked out of the store without purchasing the bulbs and decided that I can get better service at or any lawn and garden store in the area.

What just happened? I went to Agway today for a harness for my puppy, Scout. After a rough drive with a long wait at the scene of an accident, when I took her out of the crate she was covered in vomit. I brought her into the store to ask for paper towels, and not only got paper towels, but also a trash bag, a hose to wash her off with, a full watering can to bring to my car to clean out the crate, and help getting it all done! Thanks so much to Anna for her TLC for my pup and for making my day so much easier! You won a loyal customer today! I found lots of pet product choices and got everything I needed, in addition to something I forgot that I needed. Wow, super staff!

Has lots of good stuff. Helpful team. Just expect to pay a bit more than normal than some other places that carry the same types of stuff.
