  Stylist: It’s my first visit to Abercombie. I had Holy as my stylist and she transformed my too long hair into a sleek short bob. I washed my hair 2 days later and just air dried it, my hair still looked great just like when I walked out from the salon.

  These days, who doesn't crave talented affordable hair stylists - who cater to men, too - and are affordable? Well, search no more. At Abercrombie Hair Design, one finds friendly and efficient excellence. So good, in fact, since my wife and I started getting appointments with Holly, the site's manager (and owner Diane is also available), it's hard to explore elsewhere. And my wife raves about Holly's ability to listen closely for the client's styling tastes while assessing one's hair type; only then will she identify hairstyles to accentuate its best features. (As readers probably know, such skills are not always apparent.) And at Abercrombie's, they'll get you the earliest possible appointment - and strive not to keep you waiting long after you arrive. (Even though the shop's clean waiting area, cool water dispenser and artsy bathroom make patience real easy.) In short, make an Abercrombie appointment with Diane or the ever personable Holly. Surely you'll be pleased you did - and even more so after it's done.

  I moved to Orleans as a year round resident about 5 years ago and I have had a real hard time finding someone that could give me a good cut and color until I found Diane. She gave me a cut that complimented my face and was appropriate for the type of hair (straight and thick, and gray - but want to be brunette) I have. A cut with attitude. I love it.. A friend referred me to her and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend her.

  Diane did the most amazing job including color, cut and styling my hair. She knows exactly what to do and my hair is hard to work with due to being curly and with grey roots. I love what she has done and highly recommend her!

  I love everyone at Abercrombie. I've been getting my hair done by Diane since I moved here three years ago. She really “gets” me and I have always walked out of her salon with a smile on my face.   We moved to the Cape two years ago and for the first year I drove two hours to have my hair done because I couldn't imagine finding anyone who could cut and color my hair like my stylist back home. I finally decided to 'interview' three salons in Orleans and I met with Diane (the owner) at Abercrombie Hair Design last. Diane was the only stylist who took the time to really look at my hair and the formula my old stylist used, and was honest with me...she thought that we had been over processing my hair and that at the end of the summer my hair would be needing a correction with low lights, and she was spot on! That was exactly what my old stylist had been doing. I decided to give Diane a try and I haven't looked back!! I'm so happy with Diane, even happier than I was with my previous stylist. I think she does a better job with my haircut which makes it so much easier for me to style. She's a pleasure to talk to, too. It's not a fancy salon, but it's clean, friendly, and her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Abercrombie Hair Design.
