Bought a car here Aug 5th and within 45 days of having the car, it ran out of oil LOL. Emailed Mike to tell him and he told me to go pay out of pocket for an oil change and replace my pcv valve. Didn't even offer me to come down to his shop. Considering I was 2k miles under the oil change. Either this car never got an oil change, or its just burning oil. Both situations suck. Now I have to monitor the cars oil. Definitely won't go here again. I'd recommend getting any of the car's on his lot thoroughly looked over by YOUR personal mechanic before purchasing. Don't believe any work was done to this car. Bad customer service and business practice.

Cannot say enough about R&M!!! Mike was fantastic and had my dream car ?purchased in less than an hour!! I am so happy with how smoothly everything went, I did not expect it!! I now know my family is safe and happy! Would recommend R&M to ANYONE on the hunt for a car, you will not be disappointed!! George the office dog is also a bonus!! Mike was great to work with. There is a reason his stock flies off the lot. He asked what we were looking for and said it may take a few weeks, but I’ll find you one. I checked in every week and he did it. He found a great vehicle for my son’s first vehicle. The truck is sound and clean. Pleasure to work with. He does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. Highly recommend!

I've had my truck for a month now and it's been great, drove it to Maine and had no problems. Mike made it very easy, all done right in his office in 20 minutes.

Just purchased a 2013 Tacoma from R&M. Mike was awesome, friendly, and super helpful. Did not feel pressured into making a purchase nor did I feel like just another number. Clean truck love it would definitely go back to do business again

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with R&M. Mike did not pressure me when looking at different vehicles, helped me with every step of the purchase and registration, and even made sure my tank was full when I picked the car up. I really appreciated this all after a bad experience at another dealer. He was also quick to address a couple of very minor issues, reassured me and truly went above and beyond. I will happily come back for another purchase in the future.

Mike’s a great guy and was very helpful with the process of buying my first Subaru. He has a great selection to choose from and I’m glad I went to him. I’d highly recommend stopping by R&M if you’re in the market for a quality vehicle at a great deal.

I would recommend R&M to any of my friends and family. Mike was great and made finding my vehicle that much easier. He worked with me while I was in a tough situation with my old vehicle and was able to get me into a new one within 2 days. Highly recommend.

So many good things to say we're do I start. Mike is super nice and gave me a lot of good advice I was in a bad spot and he helped me out big time. He even took off the studded tires and threw in 4 all season tires for nothing. He filled the tank which is actually hard to find these days. I had a court office bring me cause she knew for a fact he had never been in small claims court. Serveral people I know have bought cars there and everyone says nothing but good things. These days very rare it's almost too good to be real but guess what it is. Pretty sure I'm gonna be a customer for life. Couldn't recommend a person to go anywhere else.

Mike went over and above in all aspects of my buying a truck from his dealership. Soup to nuts he was nothing short of a class act and a super helpfull and honest family man. He did way more then needed to make the experience easy and dropped off the vehicle to me and I live in New Hampshire. I would recommend his dealership and crew 100 percent all day everyday. This is will swedberg I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback been driving it for over a year never had any issues great price good salesman haven’t had to put any money into the vehicle besides oil changes and tires I highly recommend this shop.
