Lots of fresh local produce often not seen in regular grocery stores. Several organic choices. A sign lists the farm the local produce came from. Some vegan options available - plant based milks and cheeses. Some prepared foods are vegan.

This is a pretty small co-op, but they have a decent selection of vegan grocery staples. They also have pre-packed lunches, such as burritos or salads, rice and noodle dishes etc. and they always have vegan options. Nice little local produce selection as well. Friendly people.
