We hired Gelinas for trash pickup. We paid 3 months in advance. We just received a bill for the next 3 months (which doesn't start for another week+) and they added a surcharge for not being paid on time. ???? Also, most trash companies pick up trash a day later than usual when we have a holiday. My husband called to ask why they didn't pick up our trash and were told ONLY when our trash day is a holiday, HONEY!! Called my 74 yr old husband 'honey'. How unprofessional and condescending! Contacted them to cancel service and we have to pay for the full year to withdraw. We will pay it just to cancel them but it's like elder abuse. I should have read all their reviews before hiring them. ? ? ? Received a reply after my original post. No apologies; no partial reimbursement; no blame ownership on their part of ANYTHING. Rude. FYI Gelinas: I can read the contract and comprehend. You don't need to restate it to me, honey.

Not a customer, as I make it my goal not to be with past experiences with these people. You don't have to be a customer to have had a bad run in with a business. And if you do have a bad experience with them, don't expect them to take any blame or responsibility on their part. Just sayin'. I don't recommend them because of that, and I have family members that have had their own isolated incidences with them, again, not as customers. We steer very clear.

Just bought a cord of firewood from here. When we called we were told that wood was seasoned but would need to be stacked and stored for more drying time because it wasn’t fully seasoned yet. What we were not told is that 75 percent of the wood is decomposing and flaking off large amounts of “mulch” the whole pile is completely soaked and moldy. It looks like the wood was collected from the bottom of a pond. Absolutely terrible firewood and gelinas should make it very clear to whom ever try’s and buys this that it is terrible quality, will absolutely not be able to be burned until at least next season and when it is finally dry it’s going to make a absolute mess of your home because of how much the wood is rotten. I’m sure I’ll get a response like all the other reviews on here about the firewood but maybe they can take their own advise and learn how to cover or store their product before charging 300 dollars to sell something that’s useless to the customers that need a usable product.

I Highly do not recommend for trash service as they do not pick up trash in a timely manner after payment and calling go elsewhere!

I ordered 4 cords of wood from them. They said it was seasoned minimum of 12-18 months, but that turns out to be clearly false. Moisture meter is showing around 50-60% on most of what they delivered. I'd guess it was split this summer. I could have bought green wood elsewhere for much much cheaper. Feels very dishonest of them to claim seasoned when it's clearly green and can't be burned. I can't even get it to light.

I have used the dumpster rental several times. They are ALWAYS on time. I have a brand new 16K driveway. They assured me they would keep it new. They DID! My guys asked if they could move the dumpster after it was dropped off. The driver called me and actually did. They have great customer service. I will use them again. The receptionist in the Orange location "where the magic happens" was very pleasant as well.So let's see great customer surface. Nice folks but after telling me in fall if I called in March they would set me up for mowing, since March they have been assuring me they will take care of it, didn't come out and now state they aren't taking on new customers

Every year I come here for my mother's day flowers. The hanging flowers/ plants here are some of the best iv ever seen. Every year they are so beautiful ?. And I love see the pups running around every year. They are very well behaved and my daughter just loves them. Thank you again for some of the most wonderful memories ❤

Their drivers like to go out at night and drink and drive irresponsibly tailgating after getting passed for going 30 in a 40 admitted to drinking after being confronted about it and says he doesnt care about his job what great employees you guys have putting people in danger drinking and driving hes just lucky there were no kids in the car ive never done business with them but after this situation i encourage people to use other resources because clearly these employees dont care about anyone

My husband and bought 1 chord of, what we told was seasoned firewood that we could enjoy this winter. We also bought a cord of green wood from another company to have for next winter. The Gelinas wood was wetter than the green wood we purchased and cost much more. My husband called to speak to someone and never received a call back. That was months ago. We have had to split every log multiple times because all of the wood is too wet to burn. It was wet when it was delivered and since then we have split and kept it covered. We depend on our fireplace during the winter and we were told that the $300 we paid was going towards burn-able wood. Thank goodness we have friends and family who have we been will to able to share some good firewood.
