Three days ago, I bought a U$ 80 sandals at the Eastaway (Basics). I used it one night, and the sandal fabric tore, and the soles began to peel off. It's U$ 80 sandals, not U$15, so I expect some quality. Today, I went to the store to ask for help: either to reimburse the money or to exchange it for another sandal. The manager, Larissa de Oliveira, told me this wasn't a store problem and asked me to call the fabric which made the sandals for possible reimbursement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE SINCE THEY SELL NO QUALITY ITEMS FOR EXPENSIVE PRICES AND WITHOUT GUARANTEES. AND, THE WORKERS AND NOT KIND OR HELPFUL.

Been shopping here for years. After today, I will not be doing business here anymore. Staff was rude, inconsiderate and insulting in enforcing their Covid policies. This business has succumbed to fear-based tyranny driven by Covid and lost sight of positive customer service and personal autonomy. If you want a pleasant shopping experience and to support businesses protecting American ideals, spend your money elsewhere.
