been in th drive through waiting for 45 minutes for two cars. How? I have never needed more than 2 minutes... people getting out of their cars, banging on the pickup window... leaving angrily... madness I say.

If I could give fewer than one star, I would. This location needs to figure it out. Hire more people for the pharmacy. Pay them whatever they ask for. The wait times here are insane no matter when you come. Also, the app suggests they can ship the prescription to my door but they never follow through on that service. Always just call for the pickup. Worst customer experience I've had anywhere in my life.

Not about the staff, but their automated system. RX CALLED IN BY THE DR LAST Friday, get a text from .Walgreens, it's on backorder... then nothing. Had to call the. A WEEK later to find out it's STILL on backorder, and I'll have to get ANOTHER Rx from the Dr to get it filled somewhere else. All this after 5pm on Friday. Meaning I can't get a new R? 'Till Monday.... there auto system can't text me earlier to say... hey there's still a problem. Unacceptable!!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered in my life. I've been diabetic for decades and I've been to many pharmacies but I've never seen it where they refuse to fill the prescription unless you're sitting there waiting for it. And all they have to do is put a label on a box for my insulin. I work during their business hours I've been there 3 days in a row and they tell me if I sit there and wait for it they'll fill my insulin prescriptions but if I don't sit there for an hour and wait for it apparently they won't.

Very Responsible and Dedicated folks out there. I was waiting at Photo Station, The person who was at billing session, whose counter was free for a moment, came to help me and got my things done and went back to billing where already 2-3 customers waiting. Efficient working and I am impressed.

I shop at Walgreens all the time. This one time I asked for my order to be delivered, and it was a total disaster. The driver claims he came here. That he called. But I received no phone call at all. The manager at Walgreens claims she called. Again, I received no call.I was charged a delivery fee for an order that was never delivered.

Went to get my booster shot. It took a while but I know how difficult this time is and appreciated only having to wait 15 min. When I interacted with the staff they were very kind and respectful.

Went to pick up my prescription today (1/22/22)and the store was closed due to technical issues. Just a sign on the door that they were having problems and they were closed. I used to go to CVS but my insurance changed to Walgreens. I think CVS is better.

Spent 10 minutes in line waiting for a Flu Shot. After approximately 10 years using my Medicare Card this Walgreens says it doesn't match. Apparently they're not very efficient. Try CVS or anywhere else but this place
