Many many thank you to Justin Sochin and his team at Norwood Verizon store. I did my upgrade by calling Verizon, when phones were delivered, they were stolen, miss handle by FedEx. Called Verizon support was getting run around and my account was lock so I was not able to upgrade again. Justin spend many hr for couple of days calling and working with Verizon support to get me my credit back and upgrade my cell. Very responsible and helpful staff. Getting may all device from this store. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you again
