Sean is fantastic to speak with and very accommodating. The Pre-Purchase Inspection - PPI he did on a W212 Mercedes E350 was very thorough, and he included lots of detailed pictures. A true expert on Mercedes-Benz!!He took time to talk about the car with me, the model in general, and what would be needed to get it in tip-top shape. The price on this service was very fair, and I would not hesitate to make him my go-to mechanic. He helped me to make the right decision on the car, and I am very grateful.

I have owned a few Mercedes long term and have always taken my vehicles here after the warranty expired. Very professional service and quality work. My recent service there was on my wife’s 2014 GLK350 and she couldn’t have been more pleased. Just the day before she was looking to buy another vehicle at the dealership- now she’s happy to keep hers!
