Ian at Titcomb Insurance Agency has been helping me with my car insurance needs over the last two years or so. Between a couple of moves in and out of the Boston area, new and first-time vehicle ownership, and general lack of understanding, I had a ton of questions when it came to car insurance. Ian always, without fail, answered these questions in a helpful, prompt, and friendly manner whether it was a phone call or an email. He knows his stuff and it always willing to help. I had to sell my car, so I no longer need car insurance, but whenever I do own one again, I will most definitely work with Titcomb.
