They don't answer the phone. Their online web service doesn't work and instructs you to call, but they never answer. I've spent hours on hold and they just aren't picking up. I eventually had to force the original merchant to accept payment. This wasted hours of my time.

They send letters dated for the future to harass you further. They also withhold information to make you think your balance is low so you will contact them and they can harass you in the future. Lisa and Paula should be homeless, but this evil company gave them jobs to collect debt for NJ EZ Pass, the worst government agency since the SS

So my bill showed up here from my deteriorating blue cross insurance I decided to pay the bill called credit collection services and was treated worse than a third world country. I told him I didn’t want to pay an upcoming collection for $6._ _ And…. (the mark of the beast) and he purposely gave me a login code to pay by debit of the mark of the beast and belittled me that it’s not that big of a deal but it’s something that I don’t like and believe in my religion and I was infringed upon next time I’ll just hang up and tell him come up with another PIN code login number . Satanic company

Called to update this firm about a collection letter we received when the bill was paid January 6, 2024. "Derrick" was insanely rude, didn't care that we aren't in arrears, had ZERO interest in calling Beth Israel Hospital to confirm we are NOT owing, etc. He had his little script and was CLEARLY playing to the people around him or has 'little person syndrome' of some kind and I asked him to verify that Beth Israel is behind on posting January payments for the month of January as I was just told minutes ago. More rude attitude; told ME I was going to have a professional conversation with him. Umm... you're going to act like some debt-collecting thug when the payment was sent January 6? Should I pay twice? Sorry, buddy, no. I asked for his manager and was put on-hold; minutes later same unprofessional lout returned and said no one was available and clearly he was planning to exercise more 'muscle' with me. Not happening; I spent 18 minutes sorting it out before I called "CCS" and he wasn't listening at all. I wasn't giving "Derrick" another second of my time; I said that he has my phone number and to have his manager call me back -- I refuse to work with him because he is RUDE and I ended the call. People who aren't in arrears NOR those who are deserve to be treated with respect and this was far from it -- if he's that mean to me what's he like to others in financial peril. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

I settled an account and paid in full with the verbal agreement that it would be removed from my credit report. However, its still showing on my credit report and reflecting negatively - impacting my chances to obtain new credit to improve my credit score. Contacted them with the request they remove it and was impolitely told that they couldnt remove anything and the credit reported reflected my paid status. But again, its negatively impacting my credit and was supposed to be removed from delinquencies on my report when settled.

Do not believe this companies generic response. They are for sure a scam company!!! Beware!!! Do not do business with them, they will steal your money. They take your money and say you are paying off a debt but it never reflects on your credit report.... Lost lots of money...
