The service and telephone support is the worst, they are rude, rude, one star is definitely still a lot to rate this place.

They don't answer the phone. Their online web service doesn't work and instructs you to call, but they never answer. I've spent hours on hold and they just aren't picking up. I eventually had to force the original merchant to accept payment. This wasted hours of my time.

Calling me to pay an insurance bill from Allstate. Been with my insurance company for 20 years and it's not Allstate! SCAM!!!!!!!
