I am at this Norwood store almost every day. I do have one complaint though about the owner of the Stop & Shop property though. Huge pot hole when you are leaving the parking lot onto Sumner St and did damage to my 2018 Camry. It cost me over $800 to fix and can't get the owner to contact me. Going to try the Town Hall records to see if they can tell me who owns the property. I will still continue to go to Norwood Stop and Shop but i will be avoiding the pot hole. I am not the only customer that has complained about it and they are still not doing anything to fix it :-(

This store has declined rapidly since their remodel a few years ago. Lacking most of the organic product they carried before the remodel. Store has had broken floor tiles for about a year and they repaired them by putting a blue cloth over them! Definitely a walking hazard. Told the manager on duty who seemed very lackadaisical. Employees always seem to be complaining on the sales floor. So sad. This store used to be so great to shop at.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SELF CHECK OUT! The woman literally took our things from the cart and threw them around telling us how we didn’t know how to scan. Absolutely pathetic!

Place has gone downhill fast floor tiles falling apart bathrooms are disgusting and staff are rude unhelpful. Place is too expensive anyway

I went to shopping today and wanted to redeem a Butterball gift check given to my family from my husband's employer. I have been redeeming this gift check for over 10 years and haven't had an issue until I ran into the Manger on Duty (Raj) at 1415 Providence Highway, Norwood, MA. Raj did not give a thought to denying the return of my change when the order was slightly less than the value of the check. {Food cost $26.00 - check $30.00; change $4.00} Raj said to the cashier only redeem the check for $30 and give no change. That has NOT been the case in the past and I tried to explain that the check would be honored for the full $30 but Raj would not listen for 1 second and abruptly said No! His response was extremely rude, without customer support, and he showed no evidence of professionalism. Customer service is not important to Raj and I would suggest if you go to this store make sure you buy your food with cash or credit and get out without discussion. Raj is not customer friendly.

Was at self check out in stop shop in Norwood needed assistance because light went I said to the girl excuse me she just ignored looking at her phone said it again she finally came over she never said a word yo me like you're all set then she went back to looking on her phone and to top it off she had ear buds in.how do you allow this terrible customer service

Too bad many items has expired , please be prudente ,look to the expiry date ,this mornin I found expire olive oil since April 2022 also many itmes expire soon in 12/2023 or next month , please look carefully at the expiration date before get hurt , just they are trying to sell off anything and make more easy money .

Atrocious customer service. The manager completely dismissed the cashier when they repeatedly asked for approval for a rain check.
