I received a recommendation to call Spencer Collision from a staff member at my machine shop. I'm so glad I followed his advice. Where other shops had been curt and condescending to me, this shop was open and considerate. The owner offered to look at my car based on photos when it was unable to be driven there, then took the time to talk with me in person after I put it in a drivable state. He gave me honest and reasonable feedback on the repair cost and time estimates. All in all, he was incredibly helpful in my car repairing process. I'll never stop recommending this shop to others who are seeking this high level of quality and effective service.

Ok,Doug is a liar & cheat!!! Paid out of pocket for factory parts. He took my money & insurance money, then proceeded to rip me off & use after market parts anyway!!!! Rear quarter hanging off truck with in two months!!! He is a thief & the work itself is sub par at best........ Stole thousands from me$$$ ( you too if you go there)

Very happy with my experience at Spencer. The scheduling of the repairs was easy. I was quoted a two week timeframe for the repairs. Work was done as quoted even with the insurance company lowballing the quote. Spencer got the insurance company in to reassess the the quote. My truck looks like new. They even detailed the interior. Highly recommend Spencer Collision Center.

Extremely happy with the work! They are professional and courteous! Working with Doug (the owner) was very easy. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and kept me up to date as the work progressed. In my case it was repair from an accident. He also handled several modifications I had been wanting to make at the same time. He gave me great advice to help me decide was best for me. I have been going to Spencer Collision for body work for several years now. The process has always been straightforward and pretty painless. They work with the customer and insurance companies to get the work done right and on time. I have never had a bad experience here. Some fairly complicated repairs have come out like new every time. Just to be clear, none of the crashes were my fault!

I had a phenomenal experience recently with Spencer Collision Center. I made a very expensive “oopsie” in my very brand new car and reached out to multiple local body shops for quotes. Doug was very responsive to my email and was quick to arrange an appointment for an in person evaluation/quote. He was very thorough, transparent, and fair in his quote and took the time to explain the different options I had to either pay out of pocket or to file a claim with insurance and help me deal with that process. After he ordered the parts, he stayed in touch with updates on shipping, delivery, and when he would be ready to start work. He gave me plenty of notice about when to drop the car off so that I could arrange for alternate transportation while my vehicle was in the shop. He then turned the car around very quickly and did EXCELLENT work!! YOU CANNOT EVEN TELL about my literal “run in” with that gas station bollard. My brand new car looks brand new again! I highly recommend Doug/Spencer for any body work you need. While I hope to never need his services again, I will definitely be back here if I do! Thank you, Doug!

We had a decent amount of damage to our Honda Accord that needed to be repaired. Immediately we were impressed upon our arrival at the shop with the professionalism displayed by Spencer's staff. Considering the shop was located on Route 1, we were worried about how high their prices would be, but were pleasantly surprised when their estimate was in line with other body shops in the area. We decided to go with them and couldn't have been happier with the result. The quality of their work was such that our car looks as good as new, and they were able to deliver it within the promised timeframe. If you are looking for master craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and a company that takes pride in its work then I highly recommend this company. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.
