“Last month I had the pleasure of shopping at the Dedham DXL location. My wife and I were assisted by Robert -- one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind sales associates we have come across. Robert was patient and went out of his way to assist, even though we arrived at the store 45 minutes to an hour before close. The end result was a refreshed wardrobe and a great selection of clothes for an overseas trip. I would be remiss if I did not also mention that Robert proactively identified and resolved an issue where I was not receiving my DXL rewards. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience and for all of the assistance.”

“I called the Dedham store because I work in Norwood. I inquired about a specific style in my size. The girl who answered the phone informed me that they were out of stock then proceeded to check inventory of other locations. Unfortunately no luck.
I told her I had a purchase voucher from work that was date sensitive. She said I could come in and still purchase and use the voucher.
When I arrived at the store, a very nice young man named Eric greeted me and welcomed me in. I explained I had already spoken to someone on the phone.
Then a young lady came out from the back and greeted me. Her name is Lauralye Akerman (who happens to be the store manager).
As soon as I said hello she knew why I was there and proceeded to order the specific shoes I requested. Voucher redeemed before the expiration date.
Both Lauralye and Eric are very personable and professional.
I would recommend the Dedham store to anyone who appreciates GREAT customer service.”

“I took a drive here earlier today with my husband who was in the market for a new pair of sneakers/walking shoes. He can be a tough fit for any and all clothing because at 6'3" tall with a size 13 wide foot, things can be limited in stock. As it is, he has all his dress shirts made for him and he has had suits custom made to ensure an impeccable and comfortable fit.Lucky for him, the particular sneakers he was looking for were not only in stock here in his size but at a lower (factory outlet) price. The customer service was impeccable. A salesman named Hector assisted him and brought out not only the shoe he was looking for but a couple of other examples for Tom to try on and consider. For essentially what is an outlet store, this level of service seemed above and beyond and was greatly appreciated.The store also sells, lots of other New Balance sportswear for both men and women....leggings, sweats, jackets, gym wear, socks and even hats and gloves all under the New Balance label.As this is a "factory store" with lower prices, you cannot always count on finding the exact thing you are looking for and in your size. That said, there seemed to be a huge array of inventory of all kinds. There are some things sold here that are "factory" seconds but those are clearly marked. If not marked as such you can be assured they are first quality.New Balance is a local Massachusetts company so it is nice to give them our business. Many, although not all, New Balance shoes are manufactured in the United States and they employ many New Englanders amongst their 5 manufacturing sites in Massachusetts and Maine. This is a good new story from a good news company trying to do the right thing here in the USA.This store is a bit out of the way for us but I would definitely return. There is another outlet a bit closer to us in Brighton but for us, that means traipsing in and through the city and ending up in a potential parking nightmare. Here, there is plenty of easy and free parking and the store and its layout are large and easy to navigate.”

“Yesterday I went to buy sneakers for my kid and Stenley and Ju offered my great customer service. Stenly was helping me out and his professional and sales experience was excellent. I purchased women Nike Dunk Low SE. He went above and beyond to explain to me about the sizes I wasn’t too sure how certain sneakers run. He was very patient and warm welcoming. “I had a very pleasant experience at DSW in Stoughton on February 25th at 3:44 p.m. when I was there to buy a pair of Adidas sneakers that I had seen online. They had them but I seen a pair of Nike sneakers that just stood out to me. They were a little more money but I did end up buying them after a little help from one of the managers. I didn't get her name unfortunately but she was very helpfull answering all my questions. The cashier was great, the guy that brought me out the sneakers was awesome, the place was clean and tidy, the parking lot was nice. I have nothing bad to say about DSW in Stoughton, Mass.”

“This is a Boston sneaker store "hidden gem" but a 40+ year staple for locals. They have classic & modern sneakers alike, with an emphasis on the 3-stripe local favorite Adidas (including she'll toes, top 10, and modern offerings). There are also Nike, Champion, Fila, etc. Brands. Along with Men's, women's, and childrens sneakers and slides, there is an array of clothing for sale.”
